Board of Trustees
The Board is responsible for ensuring the Association is managed according to governing documents and applicable laws. It plans and monitors financial matters for the association, including budgets, reserves, investments, delinquencies, fraud protection and insurance. It plans and oversees the management of Montgomery Woods, including grounds and landscaping, maintenance, and selection and performance of vendors. It also looks out for the safety of all residents and visitors.
Members of the Board
There are five seats on the Board, all of which are currently filled. Elected at the annual meeting, the members of the Board are:

Lori Lerner, Treasurer
Oksana Voronenko, Secretary
Raj Khanna, Trustee
Monthly Meetings of the Board
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. the first Monday of every month, with some exceptions due to holidays.
Meeting agenda are available on the Resident Portal a week or so before the meeting dates.
